Customer Service Issues
If you require assistance feel free to send us a message using our Contact Us page located here. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. If somehow we fall asleep at the wheel please feel free to send a follow up email and chew on us a little. We will blame it on whomever is off that day since they cannot defend themselves until they return to work, at which time the issue will likely be resolved and it won't matter any way. But rest assured, we will blame someone and that "someone"  will pay dearly for taking the day off.

Processing Your Order
98% of all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours but please allow 1-2 business days in case there are any unexpected delays. While we try and keep the website as up to date as possible, status may show as processing even after an order has shipped. We are a busy place and as such our priority is getting your order out the door as quickly as possible. Updating the status on the website occurs after the orders have shipped but may take a day or two longer to reflect the change.

Shipping & Delivery
All ammunition is shipped via UPS Ground Service and can only be delivered to a street address. P.O. Boxes cannot receive UPS service. Delivery times vary by region. Most ammunition orders ship from sunny Florida and take anywhere from 1-10 days for delivery in the continental USA. Keep in mind that a 7-10 day delivery time will cover a weekend and UPS doesn't run on the weekends. Some products may ship USPS Priority or regular mail. ALL AMMUNITION SHIPS UPS GROUND SERVICE.

Online Ordering
When you place your order online through our website you are using what's called a Secure Socket Layer, or SSL. This is the safest and most secure way to pay for your order online. We do not see your credit card number as it is handle automatically through our Merchant Account. When you press SUBMIT, your credit card will be charged immediately. Once the charge is approved the system lets us know that your order has been paid for and that we are authorized to ship that order. Sometimes due to an address or ZIP code mis-match we may delay your order until we can verify the information further. This is to prevent fraud and help protect both of us from an unauthorized purchase.  Any attempt to defraud WeaponsWorld.com will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We are gun crazy computer people with lots of Law Enforcement friends. WE WILL FIND YOU.

We Are Not Perfect
Despite our personal feelings on the matter the truth is we are not perfect. We do make mistakes. We will never intentionally screw something up. It's just not good business. But as human beings we do sometimes forget or do something the wrong way. If this happens please let us know and allow us an opportunity to make things right. 

Warranty Issues
All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer for a direct resolution of your warranty claim.

Loaded ammunition cannot be returned.
For safety reasons ammunition cannot be returned. The only exception is defective ammunition which must be handled through the manufacturer.
