RWS 9mm Luger Ammunition 124 Grain Full Metal Jacket 1000 round case

My only complaint is that I didn't order more when it was cheaper. Doesn't behave like "cheap" ammo. Relatively clean and all 1000 rounds fired smooth. Used in a SiG 226. (Posted on 1/20/13)

Went to break in a brand new Beretta Nano 9mm, a newer pistol that some feel is sensitive to low cost ammo. This RWS 124 grain Sport Line is the only ammo that functioned flawlessly. I had gotten use to shooting anything cheap and less powerful in my Glock 17, not with the Beretta. At least I know I can fall back on this RWS Swiss ammo for the more picky guns. Bought this back in Sept/Oct. I'm into case number two with zero failures to feed, zero failures to eject, and zero failures to fire. I am glad I bought several cases, wish I had bought several more.

I've gone through maybe half of the 1000 rounds at both indoor and outdoor ranges. Every round was perfect. But my indoor RO said "anything from Switzerland is brass coated steel and we won't allow that here." What the ?? Anyways, it's worked so well, I will continue to purchase and use the outdoor range more often. The price at Weapons World (less than $200 delivered when on sale) cannot be beat! This ammo is loaded to NATO pressure so it is snappier than US made commercial ammo. I like it. Also note that the jacket is bi-metal and will stick to a magnet so indoor ranges may not allow. It is not steel core or anything, its the steel content in the jacket material.

I read about this ammo on Glocktalk so bought a 1,000 rounds several months ago; just got a chance to shoot some. Ran 100 rounds through a Glock 26, 17 and Sig 228-seems to burn clean and was fairly accurate at ranges up to 50 ft (max pistol distance at my club)...at this price you can't go wrong (Posted on 10/29/11)

I mostly shoot Speer Lawman 124gr and RWS 124gr. Also Magtech, Fiocchi and Sellier & Bellot in 115gr. My favorite has got to be RWS 124gr. It is very accurate, clean and inexpensive (less than $200/case delivered). I have never had an issue with RWS ammo. It's a fairly hot round with similar ballistics to most 124+P JHP self defense ammo. (Posted on 9/23/11)

Didn't know much about RWS, but started seeing frequent positive reviews on SIGforum. Ordered a case and have put a couple hundred rounds through my P226 and P239. I've been buying RWS from my local Big 5 @ $15 - $16/box. WW is 30% less. This is a no brainer. My XD loves this stuff, my groups are tighter and every round goes BANG. The ammo feels crisper, looks cleaner at the end of 300+ rounds downrange. (Posted on 8/9/11)

I fired 200 rounds each in a Beretta 92FS, Sig 226, Springfield XDM, and 100 rounds in a Springfield EMP. There were no misfires or problems with feeding or ejection. The factory case packaging is sturdy, and the individual boxes are compact. Delivery is fast with four different orders getting to VA in less than a week. shot about 350 rds through a kel-tec sub2000, kahr pm9, and glock19. works very well. more accurate than i am. hard to tell how dirty as i was mixing in some remington and federal. will pick up more. (Posted on 4/20/11)

for this price, this ammo cannot be beat, burns pretty clean, does not leave a lot of lead on my ported barrel.

I had 100% consistent firing at the range through my Beretta 92F. 100% of the brass was reloadable as well! This stuff shoots clean, without any smoke or flash or residue.
