Q: Why can't I log into my account?

A: We have finally upgraded our website. In doing so some account information may have been lost in the process. The simple solution is to use the password reset tool to reset your password. If this doesnt work verify the email address you are using and make sure it is correct. You can also try creating a new account. If you are still having trouble please contact us using the Contact Us email form and we will get you squared away. Be sure to provide us your name and email address so we can get working on your issue.

Q: Why can't I find my old orders? 

A: We still have a record of all of your past purchases, and would be happy to provide you with an electronic copy of them at any time. Any item you had on backorder before the update is still an open backorder, unless we have attempted to contact you regarding its availability and have been unable to do so. In the event that we are unable to verify a backorder with you personally, the order is cancelled and the item will need to be re-ordered.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Weapons World does not collect sales tax unless required by law. We are required to collect sales tax in the state of Florida for retail orders. Sales tax is not collected on exempt sales. When applicable sales tax appears on the shopping cart screen the amount will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page prior to completing your order.

Q: If I order today, when will my order ship?

A: Depending on the order volume and with holidays and promotional offers excluded, when you place your order before 1PM Eastern time, it will most likely ship the same day or within the next business day. Serialized items such as firearms, silencers, and some types of ammunition require additional time to process in order to complete the paperwork that may be required in order to complete the transaction. If you require such an item to within a certain period of time then you should contact our sales department to determine when the item may ship.

Q: What does “Processing” mean on my order?

A: You may see several status reports when referring to a recent order with Weapons World - Processing, Shipped, Complete, or Cancelled. These are helpful customer insight tools that you may use to track the progress of your order through the Weapons World online store. If your order shows “processing” for more than 72 hours, it may be an indication that you’ve ordered something that was on back order. When we ship the item, the order status will update to say, “Complete.” . During times of high demand you may see longer than normal processing times.

Q: How do I know if my order has shipped?

A: Tracking information is provided at the time of shipment. You will be emailed tracking information once your order has been packed. You may also log into your account at any time and check the status of your order.

Q: Are there any restrictions on high-capacity magazines?

A: Please check with your state regulations/local laws for ownership of high-capacity magazines BEFORE placing your order. High capacity magazines are not legal in all areas of the U.S. No sales of magazines that exceed 10 round capacity to NY, MA, CA, CO, MD, NJ, and HI. It is up to the customer to comply with all laws regarding these items. .

Q: Do you have a layaway program?

A: We do not offer a layaway program.

Q: Can you explain your warranty?

A: All items sold by Weapons World are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. While we are not a warranty repair shop we are happy to assist you in getting warranty service for your item. Some products sold under the Weapons World brand have a limited lifetime warranty. Normal wear and tear issues are excluded from our warranty offerings.

Q: Why can I not see my Reseller pricing?

A: Your account has to be approved and upgraded before any discounts appear and you must be logged in see your discount. 

Q. Do I pay additional shipping on backorders?

A. If Weapons World splits your order in two, you will not have to pay shipping on your backorder. If you place an item on backorder with no other products, yes, regular shipping charges will apply.

Q. Do you charge a fee to use credit cards?

A. Weapons World does not charge an additional fee to use a credit card through our website. In some instances you may also pay with a Certified Bank Check or a USPS Money Order. Call our sales department for clarification for the particular items you would like to purchase.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is determined by the weight and size of each item or combination of items. The shipping zip code determines cost based on your distance from our warehouse(s). You may estimate shipping charges by adding the item to your shopping cart and then entering your State and ZIP code and press the "Get A Quote" button.

Q: Do you have any free shipping codes?

A: Any discounts, offers or promotions will be emailed to those who subscribe to our email list. You may also receive promotional offers within sales fliers and emails. Keep up with Weapons World on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, for specials we may post there.

Q: Do you ship to California?

A: Yes, Weapons World ships "qualified" items to California. It is your responsibility to ensure an item is legal to receive in your area.

Q: When will my RMA be processed?

A: Typically a return will be processed within three business days after an item is returned and approved for refund.

Q: Can I backorder products from Weapons World?

A: Weapons World only allows you to backorder product in certain circumstances such as high demand items. In these cases you may continue to keep the item on back order for up to 90 days at which time the back order may be cancelled and your payment refunded without notice. 

Q: Do you purchase used firearms?

A: We typically do not purchase used guns or accept trade-ins from our customers. However, we are involved with Law Enforcement trade in’s which from time to time will appear online and be described as used.

Q: Does my FFL need to send you a copy of his license?

A: Unless we already have their FFL on file all firearms purchases intended to be shipped require that we have a copy of the receiving FFL dealers license prior to shipping. 

Q: Do I need to put my FFL’s address in as the "Ship To" address for my firearm order?

A: If you have it available yes, but you may still use your own "Ship To" address when placing the order. Once the order is placed, you will receive your order confirmation number. Please contact your preferred dealer and provide them with this order confirmation number, your full name, and instruct them to submit a signed copy of their FFL with your information attached. Please note: It is important that your name and order number are submitted with the FFL so that we know which order the FFL is for.
