Shipping & Returns


Most orders placed with WeaponsWorld.com are processed and shipped within two business days. However, during times of peak activity these processing times could be longer. If you require a specifc time for arrival please contact us and we will give you a more specifc time frame. All orders are shipped in the order in which they came in and orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day. 
Weapons World ships most orders via UPS Ground service. The exception being handguns which must ship 2 day air. UPS is unable to deliver to Post Office mail boxes so please be sure to include a valid street address for your order.
All firearms must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer unless you are picking up at our Clearwater Florida location. All firearms purchases will require a State or Federal background check be completed before you may take possesion of a firearm purchased from Weapons World. Handgun orders will either ship UPS Air or USPS Priority mail. All firearms are shipped Adult Signature Required. Firearms are packed inside an unmarked box with no visible indication as to the contents within. 
ALL items on an order will ship to the shipping address on that order. If items need to be shipped to separate locations, then they should to be placed on separate orders with the specific shipping address for each order.
All rifle, shotgun, and ammunition orders are shipped UPS Ground (no PO Box addresses please).
Accessory orders may be shipped via UPS Ground or any method offered by the USPS at the discretion of Weapons World.

Due to federal regulations, firearms and ammunition orders cannot be shipped in the same package.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the order to you. No exceptions.

If we have to send a return shipping label to get an item back from the FFL for any reason (you not passing background check, FFL refusing to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc), we will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.

• Free shipping offers only apply to the continental 48 states. No free shipping to AK and HI. 
• We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands. 
• We do not ship to Freight Forwarders. 
• If your billing Name, Address and Phone number does not match your Card Card information we may void your order.
• Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we cannot combine multiple orders for shipping purposes.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If something is missing from or is incorrect with your order, this will need to be reported within 3 days of the order being delivered. Just call or email us with your name, order # and what is missing. Please note we will not be able to assist with missing or incorrect items that are not reported within the 3 day time frame of delivery.
Weapons World will not be responsible for packages returned to us that are refused delivery and you will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship any packages.

Returns / Cancellations:

All sales are considered final. Returns and order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must include an RMA #. Your payment is processed immediately when you complete your order either through our website or over the phone. The restocking fee represents the costs we incur to process your transaction and then to process your return or cancellation. No returns, credits or exchanges may be done after 30 days. Most new, unopened items shipped and sold by Weapons World may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new condition and in the original product packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange on a qualified item contact us at (860) 266-6249 during business hours or use the Contact Us form to request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Refunds will usually be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. In some cases a company check may be issued to satisfy a refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once it has been delivered back to us (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
• Please do not place shipping labels on the item's original packaging.
• When sending the item back, place the original package into a shipping carton.
• Products must be in new condition, in the original box and/or packaging, and must include all blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
• Return shipping costs are not refundable unless we shipped an incorrect item.

Warranty Issues:

All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer for a direct resolution of your warranty claim.

Non-Returnable Items:
